Talia Freed - Designer and Art Director

Talia is an independent multidisciplinary designer.
She teaches Design in the Visual Communication design department, faculty of Design, Holon Institute of Technology, Israel.
Talia is the art director and the stage designer of Nimrod Freed/Tami Dance Company, with whom she presented her work
in Tokyo, Johannesburg, N.Y.C., India, Portugal, Croatia, around Israel and more.
She received the Design&Emotion 2008 Best Case Study Award, from the 6th D&E International Conference, Hong Kong.

She was living in New York City for many years- designing Mass Transit and environmental Visual Communication projects
For the International Airports: J.F.K, La Guardia, and Newark.
She also designed signage systems for the subway system and for other Urbane Complexes in New York City.

Talia has an M.A. in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute, Academy of Art and Design, New York, USA and a BA Industrial Design
from Bezalel, Academy of Art and Design, Jerusalem, Israel.
